Reason for works is : We had more than 5 big trees fallen because of the storm since we bought the land in Jan 2019. We bought this property in order to enjoy the nature with our family as it is very close to our home ( only 5 min drive) . I didn't felt safe anymore to go there with my children in order to avoid any accidents. Also we noticed that other people are walking on that land too as every time we went there we came back home with a bag full of rubbish ( cans , napkins , cardboard , etc) I believe it is my responsibility if any trees are falling and harming someone , I don't believe the council will be responsible for the land as long as it is private. A specialized company Oaklands of Rickmansworth were hired to do all the works and assessment.
