T1562 Oak Tree-It is recommended that the crown is reduced by approximately 3 m in height and 2 m in lateral branch length, to reduce loading on the decayed stem and encourage the production of epicormic growth lower in the crown. This may facilitate further, future pruning if considered necessary and will retain the tree with its many habitat features, at reduced dimensions.
