Client is worried about the trees in striking distance of the house in high winds etc. Her mother lives with them and doesn't sleep in high winds due to fears of the trees. They are willing to replant further back from the house. They won't cause impact due to trees directly behind within metres. Also it will help massively with light issues into the garden and house as trees have out grown the garden. Also straight stem with no branches until around 30ft as tree behind has a lower canopy.
