This is a Cherry tree in my back garden which, over the summer, has started leaning to the right and towards a Norwegian Maple tree. A large root now protrudes out of my lawn as a result of the trees leaning. I am concerned that the tree will fall and damage the maple and into my neighbour's garden. I have a tree surgeon who is prepared to take the tree down if I can get your permission.
