Granted Three Rivers 24/0895/TCA Works to trees in a conservation area

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

Tree Numbers 187,188,190,191,193,194,195,197,198,203,204,205,208,212,213,215,218,222,258 (all common Lime) 224 (Horse Chestnut) remove deadwood>20mm in diameter. Tree number 235 (Common Lime) has stem pressing against an outbuilding in the neighbouring garden of a house in Abbots Road. There is a crack in the building structure almost certainly caused by the tree and the stem is pressing on the roof and the damage to the building will get worse as the tree grows.
