The following line of trees would be reduced to maintain them at a reasonable size considering proximity to the wall and adjacent trees T1 - Triple stem Beech, reduce by 6-7 metres vertically and 2-3 metres laterally, including severing ivy at base T2 - Oak, reduce by 5-6 metres vertically and 2-3 metres laterally T3 - Oak, reduce by 5-6 metres vertically and 0.5-1.5 metres laterally T4 - Beech, no works required T5 - Ash, no future potential - remove leaving stump less than 200mm above surrounding soil level T6 - Beech, reduce by 5-6 metres vertically and 2-3 metres laterally T7, T8 and T9 - Triple stem Beech, reduce by 6-8 metres vertically and 3-4 metres laterally, including severing ivy at base

T1 and T2 - Sycamores - Either side of sewage drain - roots have caused blockages on several occasions, and removal of the trees is the only way to properly repair drainage system, please see report attached. Remove both trees This work proceeding has been delayed considerably due to back and forth with insurance company. It is now a long time since drains were last cleared and client is anxious of another blockage and the chaos that causes. Appreciate this is not a five day notice works, but if anything can be done to reduce the usual 6 week notice, that would be much appreciated
