Emergency work required. Dead Cherry tree on boundary of the property is dead, effecting major utility line. Openreach could not reconnect this line as its largely effecting by the tree branches. The tree need to fell to ground level. Happy to replace the Cherry tree away from the boundry line in a more appropriate location.
