  Deodar Cedar - fell. Too large for its location and possess a danger if it should fall or branches drop off as have previously done. Propose to re-plant with fruit trees. I believe due to the progressive growth of the tree in question, creating large and heavy overhanging branches which are prone to breaking and landing within the children's play area.
