The tree we propose to remove is T1 on the attached plan (Cupressus arizonica). It was assessed as only being in fair Physiological condition in the aboricultural survey conducted in 2019. Since then it has suffered significant damage from storms / frosts from which it will not recover and we propose to remove it before the damaged branches fall and cause damage to either our property / people on our property or to the church hall / pre school which in adjoins.
