Oak T1 The tree is now in very poor condition with over 100% dieback on one side since it was last inspected by Bartlett in September 2022. The owner would like to retain tree if at all possible so am recomending 1) Reduce the height by 50%. 2) Remove all dead branches 3) Reduce live branches by up to 50% to reduce the out of ballance aspect following removal of dead branches. Bartlett Consulting report attached.
