T1 Apple Tree height 0-5m stem diameter 150-300mm crown diameter 8m Suppressed asymmetrical form with kinked leaning stem to north and compact crown overhanging highway. Historical pruning to clear highway and crown now hanging low over footway and carriageway. Undertake recommendations as part of G2 works, using same TM. Fell, Leaving Stump Just Above Ground Level. G1 Chanticleer Pear x 5 trees Tree height 5-10m stem diameter 0-150mm and crown diameter of 4m Epicormic growth on some stems. Exposed surface roots suggest restricted root growth from being pot bound. Root plate of easternmost tree moves slightly when pushed. Trees are 6-7m high and obscure store sign. Reduce height of all five trees to 5m. Prune by drop crotching to retain trees' form. G2 - Sycamore, Common Ash, Common Holly and apple species Tree height 16-20m stem diameter 450-600mm and crown diameter of 14m Crown lift to 6m over the road. Remove broken branch overhanging highway. G3 Sycamore common ash, common holly wild cherry tree height 16-20m stem diameter450-600m and crown diameter of 12m Fell to ground level shrubs and understorey growing within 2m of building. G4 Sycamore common ash cherry laurel tree height 16-20m stem diameter450-600m and crown diameter of 11m Prune cherry laurels to clear building by 2.5m. Remove broken branch in sycamore overhanging footway. G5 Hornbeam 5-10m stem diameter 0-150mm and crown diameter of 2.5m Approximately 15 young trees close to building, obstructing access Section fell to ground level all trees located within 2m of the building. G6 Sycamore Common Holly Cherry Plum 16-20m stem diameter 450-600mm and crown diameter of 14m - Group of sycamores with scattered understorey of other species. Southern canopy 0.5m from building, obstructing access. Carry out selective branch reductions and removals on the southern side of the group to clear the building by 2.5m.
