T15 Gum (Eucalyptus gunnii) Height 4m Stem Diameter 13cm Crown diameter - spread 3m High Young tree at rear of garden. Crown bias to E, likely due to competition from hedge T27 Apple (Malus domestica) Height 3m Stem Diameter 16cm Crown Diameter - spread 2m Low Stem leans slightly to SE likely due to competition from hedge. Areas of localised decay visible at historic pruning wounds on stem. Cavity formation at 2.5m on south side with crack on opposite side at same height. Tree in poor condition. Consider removal or reduction to reduce stress on compromised upper crown. T28 Plum (Prunus domestica) Height 3m Stem Diameter 17cm Crown diameter - spread 1m Low Single remaining live branch. Limb to N is dead, appears to be in decline, unlikely to regenerate and pose a significant risk of subsidence. Remove tree. T29 Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens) Height 3m Stem Diameter 25cm Crown diameter - spread 6m None Little visible live growth remaining, unlikely to recover. Appears to be in decline, unlikely to regenerate and pose a significant risk of subsidence to the house. Remove tree. T34 Gum (Eucalyptus gunnii) Height11m Stem Diameter 47cm Crown diameter - spread 9m High Pollarded at around 8m on a regular basis with approx 3m of regrowth at time of inspection. Some ivy cover to stem not an issue at present. Good wound wood development at historic pruning wounds, Continue regular pollarding to maintain the tree at no more than 14m height.

Ornamental cherry tree. Approx 18ft tall. Suffering from a canker. I'd like to fully remove the tree as it can't be treated and I don't want it spreading to my other trees. Marked on sketch plan. Sited next to garage in back garden.
