Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
We are looking to trim trees in G108 T426 G107. Hawthorn tree T425 has sadly died and needs removing. It was shaded by the faster growing beech tree T426 which was probably the cause and we are at risk of losing others trees including T427 apple tree if its not trimmed back. T426 triple trunk tree, keen to see if the crown can be lowered to protect other trees in the garden from light starvation. T245 Tree right hand side most with Ivy on its trunk, is a Hawthorn which sadly has died. Needs removing and replacing with a new tree. G108 Looking to have trimmed to help thicken up lower foliage and reduce light affecting footprint. The trees at the front are about 25m high would like to reduce the height by only 4m and the radius by about 2m. The beech tree at the rear is also 25-30m high again 4m from height and 2 off the radius.

TPO760 T50 Mature oak tree has died. We request permission to remove all branches to just leave the main trunk. Over recent years the tree has been progressively later to come into leaf and earlier to lose its' leaves than the adjacent mature oak. This year the tree has not produced any leaves at all. A local tree surgeon, Tom from T's Trees has inspected the tree and does not believe the tree trunk to be hollow. Photo2 shows damage around the trunk, which may be related to the tree's death. This damage was there when the current owners moved in.
