Proposal
1 x Pine to fell to ground level. Tree has declining health and vitality and in very poor condition. (Retrospective Application) Tree has already been felled. See communications between us and Alex Laurie (Tree Officer @ Three Rivers). We had incorrect property details and when checking for TPOs were told there were none at PineView which is the property we thought we were dealing with.
