Planning application
Dene Cottage Overstream Rickmansworth Hertfordshire WD3 4LD
Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
T1, a Thuja (in front garden), is overhanging the narrow road. This is causing damage to the tree and the lower branches are regularly being been broken or torn. For this reason the work proposed is to lift the crown height to allow access for tall vehicles without them damaging the tree. I would like the crown lifted to 5m above the road to enable clear passage of delivery vehicles, refuse lorries etc.
