T1 Pine, fell. Dead and close proximity to the road. TG2 Mixed specie woodland. Crown lift over car park. Crown lift to 5.2m above road and pavement. The low branches are currently impacting the use of the footpath by pedestrians and forcing people to walk in the road. T3 Birch, fell. Dead. **This application should be considered for a 5 day notice as, in my opinion, it is causing a hazard for pedestrians using the footpath and T1 is dead and in falling distance of the road.**

Sycamore (T14) - Sectionally dismantle down to ground level. Large dead tree which overhangs road and public footpath. Risk of failure onto road/public footpath and causing injury/damage to road users. High target area. Cedar (T15) - Selective reduction of the most overextended limbs throughout crown, predominantly in the lower and mid crown, by a maximum of 1.5 metres, leaving limbs at a length of 9 metres on all aspects. Horse chestnut (T21) - Fell to ground level. Mixed species (G5) - Prune back to boundary fence, up to 2.4 metres above public footpath. Tree line is encroaching on public footpath and causing a hazard to users, as they are having to move closer to the road
