Tree is rotten at base of trunk and three large holes at its base accounting for over a third of its trunk girth. Tree is within a conservation area at the rear of the property. No plan to replant due to similar issue occurring in the future and blocking light to the back of the property.

All remedial work is to tidy and let more light in
