G1 Cypress group 8m rear garden, left side Fell x 4 trees (4 closest to house) and grind out stump to a minimum of 250mm below the stumps current ground level and leave all stumps arising to allow for ground settlement Reason 2x trees (2nd and 3rd from house) significant dieback due to mammal damage. Removing 2 trees either side so as to not leave exposed T1 Norway maple Acer platanoides - 8-10m rear garden, rear right corner Prune by removing 2x lowest branches encroaching over lawn back to source Reason To improve light and tree form T2 Incense cedar Calocedrus decurrens 10m - rear garden, rear boundary Remove all major deadwood over an inch and a half in diameter and cut back lower branches (up to 4m from ground level) by 1m over lawn Reason - To make safe and as part of continued maintenance T3 Cypress 8m -rear garden, right side (2m from house) Section dismantle tree to ground level. grind out stump to a minimum of 250mm below the stumps current ground level and leave all stumps arising to allow for ground settlement Reason Tree very close to house, roots causing damage to retaining wall T4 Cypress - 12m front drive, right side Section dismantle tree to ground level. grind out stump to a minimum of 250mm below the stumps current ground level and leave all stumps arising to allow for ground settlement Reason - Tree close to house, roots causing significant damage to block paving T5 Thuja 7m- front drive, left side entrance Prune by removing elongated stem growing over driveway back to source and prune around BT wire to achieve 0.5m clearance Reason As part of continued maintenance
