Signs of large amount of die back, lots of needles on the floor and broken branches, (see photos). Has children's play area with fixed trampoline underneath and needs to be taken down or if it comes down in bad weather it will cause a lot of damage and to neighbours property. Propose replant with 1 standard Magnolia in same place if required.
