The reduction would be a preventative measure to prevent future failures. T9 - (TPO G79)2 x Birch - Remove Ivy reduce by 2m in height 1 x tree nearest Cedar. The Birch trees have grown up and through the Cedar tree (T8) They are now extended and leggy as a result and it would be prudent to reduce them in height.
