I was clearing up the rear of the garden and noticed a tree (i believe Cherry) is half uprooted (pictured attaced) - it starts on my property but the tree goes over the fence line into a neihbouring property (retirement homes) There looks like the tree has surived (and dont know how many years in that state) but leaves an open gap in the fence line leading to security concerns (as the fence line needs to be replaced) it doesnt look like the tree can be saved based on the angle it currently is (as would leave it extreemly ubstable if put back up) so reququest that the tree is felled. the tree is located behind the TPO lime tree (roughly 3meters behind)
