Proposal

We would like to remove the trees and shrubs in the front garden for the following reasons: a) the tree closest to the front door is dead b) we would like to create more space on the drive to make it easier to get the car on and off the drive as there is a significant drop between 29 and 27 Hillcroft Crescent. We would also like to clear the drive to make space for another vehicle. c) from a security perspective we don't want hiding spots in the trees and shrubs Please refer to the diagram for trees and positioning. In the backgarden we would like to remove the tree identified on the diagram in order to create a wider space to lay a lawn. Please refer to diagram for more details.
