Proposal

The proposed non-material amendment to planning approval 24/00548/FUL seeks to widen an existing single door opening to the garden to form a set of double French doors. In addition, it includes the replacement of existing deteriorated timber fence panels with new standard timber fence panels along the established boundary line. The proposed changes are minor in scale and do not materially alter the overall appearance or impact of the approved development.
