T3 and T4 Lombardy Poplars, previously pollarded trees that now have rot pockets within the higher canopy that have started to shed the regrowth and trunks above them. Recently a large section fell out on to the road. Fungi visible from the ground. Reduce both trees to below the previous reduction point where viable timber is present, likely 1 -2 metres lower than before.
