T001 Sweet Chestnut (Castanea sativa) - Undertake veteranisation works by reducing the tree to secondary branch breaks at approximately 7m, retaining the forming inner canopy and epicormic growth. Use coronet and fracture pruning techniques to promote habitat creation. T003 - Scots Pine (Pinus sylvestris) - Climbing inspection of historic pruning wounds to determine extent of decay. Remove fractured limb at 12m on eastern side. Remove moderate deadwood throughout canopy. T004 - European Lime (Tilia europaea) - Install bracing to southern limb with poor union. Reduce canopy by approximately 4m to alleviate loading on weak unions. Remove epicormic growth around the base (western side). T007 - Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus) - Fell tree due to major decay at the trification point and presence of Ganoderma. Retain root system in situ for bank support. T012 - Weeping Willow (Salix babylonica) - Pollard tree back to previous pollard points due to fungal decay and structural defects. T014 - Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus) - Pollard tree back to original pollard points due to large cavities and decay. All pruning cuts to be made at suitable growth points.
