Planning application
18 West Cliff Park Drive Dawlish Devon EX7 9EA
Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
T1: LHS: 1x Mature Beech: Reduce the crown overall, by removing approximately 2.5 - 3 meters from branch tips to suitable pruning points, retaining the main framework and a high proportion of the foliage-bearing structure to help excessive shading as the canopy has now started to shade both properties quite significantly. Lift secondary branch growth only, up to height of primary limbs to achieve adequate vertical clearance above adjacent properties to approximately 4m from ground level.
