Please refer to photos provided: T1) - 1x Sycamore tree located on the eastern boundary of the property beside the main house - Pollard down to a finished height of appx 5m (Gutter height on the building). T2) - 2x Sycamore tree located on the eastern boundary of the property beside the main house - Reduce lateral limbs on the eastern side by appx 2m to create a uniform shape. T3) - 1x Copper beech tree located on the eastern boundary of the property on the entrance to the rear garden - Reduce lateral limbs on the eastern side by appx 1.5-2m to create a uniform shape and balanced canopy. T4) - 1x Sycamore tree located adjacent to the copper beech tree - Prune back eastern laterals by appx 1.5-2m to allow neighbouring trees and hedges to regenerate T5) - 1x Oak tree located at the end of the hedge row on the eastern boundary - Provide a reduction by thinning of appx 20-30% of the current canopy to alleviate weight on the basal cavity. T6) - 1x Mixed species yew and elder hedge group - Reduce by appx 2-3m at the highest point and hedge trim the inside face to create the beginning of a uniform box like hedge. T7/T8) - 2x Leylandii trees located in the south western corner of the rear garden - Fell both trees to ground level.
