G2 – Ash Tree (protected by TPO No. 15 of 2009, Tandridge) Crown reduction of the eastern canopy to maintain a minimum horizontal clearance of 5 metres from Buckland Cottage, measured from the closest corner of the dwelling to the canopy. The proposed works seek to restore the clearance previously approved by Tandridge District Council under application reference PP-02720422 (2013), following regrowth since the earlier works were undertaken. All works to be carried out in accordance with BS3998 Tree Work Recommendations.
