Works: Trees Small domestic
Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Please refer to photos provided: Red circle) Sycamore (4 trunks) - One trunk is significantly removed from the others and leaning towards my house; I would like this one trunk removed (cut back to a stump). For the remaining 3 trunks, crown reduction of approximately 5m, ensuring that a balanced shape is maintained. The Sycamore has grown significantly since its previous pollarding, with the seeds causing significant issues. If left untended the seeds will push up the paving stones of the Village development and embed themselves within the original boundary wall causing brickwork damage.

T1 – Pine Remove the lower over-extended limb, which presents an increased risk of failure due to its length and end-weight. The tree has a history of previous limb failure. Reduce the remaining over-extended lateral branches growing towards the property by approximately 1.5 metres, pruning back to suitable growth points while maintaining the natural form and balance of the crown.
