Granted Tandridge 2020/1680/TPO Consent under Tree Preservation Orders

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

Oak (T1)- Reduce the height by 1.5m to leave a residual height of 8m. Reduce length of longest lateral branches by 1.5m to leave a residual length of 7m. The remaining crown to be pruned in proportion to leave a natural shape of the tree Ash (T2)- Reduce the height by 3m to leave a residual height of 10m. Reduce length of longest lateral branches by 1m to leave a residual length of 6m. The tree looks like its starting to get Ash die back, so this should make it slightly safer.
