T1) Sycamore - Reduce the canopy by pollarding to the original pollard cuts. The height will be reduced from 17 metres to 14 metres and the width will be reduced from 12 metres to 9 metres. The canopy has had a large branch failure, which caused roof damage to a neighbouring roof, due to decay at the base of the regrowth from the last reduction. Being the proximity of the tree to The Bull car park and outside seating area of the pub the tree needs attention.
