Ash tree leaning significantly towards Lady Lane, tree located in W12 woodland group. The Ash in question is currently resting on the stump of a dead elm and neighbouring tree, liable to fall in winds or if support is removed. Tree Surgeon Inspected on 17/10/25 and advised removal due to potential danger from falling - Dead Dying or Dangerous.
