Proposal
Listed Building Consent for the external repairs including apply rot treatment to areas where required. Erection of scaffolding/tower. Replace old and rotting wood with new hardwood/marine ply which is water resistant like for like. Replace broken shop front windows, replace vinyl signage in windows at top, paint the shop front in similar colours in a slightly darker red and grey, mastic and seal all edges and corners to make water tight and clean sign and replace missing bulbs in current sign.
