Works set out in tree survey and subject to TPO/12/00 and TPO/4/80 T20 - Beech - Remove tree, large decay at 2-3m, Ganoderma present and close proximity to dwellings, unbalanced crown. Plant replacement standard beech tree of 2.5-3m T23 Beech. Carry out a crown reduction of 3m leaving height of 16m and radial spread of 8m east and 9m north. Ganorderma and decay present and in close proximity with dwellings T30 Oak. Cut back from building by 2m as encroaching onto roof space T31 Beech Cut back from building by 2m as encroaching onto roof space T106 Pine. Fell to ground. Large decay on tension side of swept stem from 1-5m. High target area nearby with frequently used park. Replace with standard sized pine of 2.5m -3m T109 Sweet chestnut. Remove tree. dead. Near railway line T87 Sweet chestnut. Pollard at 8m. Decay at base and near railway line
