T20 - TPO No. 00/16 1. That the tree be reduced in size once again, pruning to the prior pruning points of 2016. This will reduce the loading on the branches. 2. The deadwood should be removed to prevent its untimely failure on underlying ground. 3. That, at the same time the above works are undertaken that a climbing inspection is conducted. In particular, it should look at any cavities, splits, areas of dysfunction to ascertain if any underlying problems are present.
