T1 - Cypress - located at the front of the property. This specimen is in close proximity to the property and now causing excessive shading. It has multiple stems, two of which are heavily weighted over the property with signs of the unions being included. The proposed work - To dismantle down to ground level and replant in a more suitable area. Cypress dimensions: Height :16 m, Lateral spread : 10 m T2 Western red cedar - located at the front of the property, adjacent to T1. This specimen is also in close proximity to the property. Western red cedar dimensions: Height :19 m, Lateral spread : 6 m The current owners believe that the trees aren't covered by the order as they moved in 1978 and they claim that the trees weren???t there and that they planted them but have no proof.
