  T1 - Cypress - located at the front of the property. This specimen is in close proximity to the property and now causing excessive shading. It has multiple stems, two of which are heavily weighted over the property with signs of the unions being included. The proposed work - To dismantle down to ground level and replant in a more suitable area. This is very overgrown vegetation encroaching on and causing extreme nuisance to neighbouring properties on all sides.
