Proposal

Mature Sessile Oak - Remove stem epicormic growth on all sides to the first lower lateral limb at 5m. Crown lift the lower crown to 3m over all surrounding pavements, and to 5m to the north of the tree over the road. Reduce the southwest corner of the crown, in contact with the property by 3m, leaving a remaining branch length of 5-6m.
