    Magnolia (T1) - Crown thin by 30%; reduce overall height by 3-4 m & spread by 2.5-3m to leave an overall size of 4 m high, with a radial spread of 2.5 - 2.75 m & maintain below/out of telephone wire; remove deadwood.
