It also had very little leaf cover during the last two summer seasons. Due to this, we wish to remove this tree. As this tree is in very close proximity (see dimensions on sketch) to Alder (T6) and Silver Birches (T3 & T4) replacement with another tree is not suitable. TPO#: 145E.
