Works: Trees
Still open. Anyone can comment while the consultation period runs, and comments go to the council rather than to us.
Proposal
Palm tree at front of the property against the property boundary with 15 Lea Road and the wall at the front of the property. We wish to completely remove the tree and grind the stump. We are not intending to immediately replace the tree, as the magnolia tree behind it will likely expand to fill the space. HAR/CA15.

The existing planning consent includes works associated with conversion of the existing basement to habitable space; and works associated with replacement of the existing rear raised terrace as well as alterations to the rear elevation of the property (new rear facing patio doors, a rear facing rooflight etc). This non-material amendment application seeks to omit the proposed basement conversion works, including the proposed front and rear facing enlarged basement windows and associated external lightwells. The Applicant is only intending to implement the consented works to the rear raised terrace and alterations to the rear elevation of the property.
