G1 - tree line as highlighted, cut back all overhanging branches back to previous points, 1 - 1.5 metres from branch tips. Works previously carried out in 2024, reason for works is to reduce leaf drop on tennis courts which makes the courts slippery. All works carried out in accordance with BS3998. Arborist advised to reduce each crown by approx. 25% and thin away any deadwood. Also attend to branches overhanging the property. So, to the rear boundary fence line, growing on the property of *Fern Cliff 18 Mauldeth rd SK4 3NG we have a mixed group of nuisance self seeded trees, pushing at the fence, dipping leaf little and bird poo, and blocking all the light. A mix of small to medium self seeded T1 to T9, Ash, Sycamore and Holly to remove to ground and treat base. Directly behind we have T10 and 11, a larger Ash and Pine which will be reduced by approximately 3 metres and shaped.
