Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
T1 Beech After a large limb failed on this tree (believed to be summer branch drop) the remainder of the tree is unstable due to the lack of stem holding the weight out over two lanes of traffic and a public footpath. Pictures have been sent in to Peter Pollard already. A second appliction will be put in to balance the remaider of the tree to try to prevent this in the future and help keep the tree. TPO 398E.

Pine - removal - tree species is very big for narrow back garden location. Difficult species to crown reduce to control size / maintenance. Concidering the garden has an other established tree and smaller stock we felt the removal was justified if tree was replaced with something smaller. HAR/CA36.
