Tree identified as T5 on tree location plan is a small elm noted to be in a deceased state. We request permission to remove the Elm tree from the area at ground level. Tree identified as T1 on the plan is a medium sized Ash tree adjacent to Clifton Road. Tree is noted to be in poor condition and has had work done previously which has left open cankers and has damaged the tree. It is also choked with Ivy growth. It is affected by Ash Dieback which increases the rise of bow and branch failure, causing concern as it is over a pavement/ public roadway. Recommended that the tree is to be removed to ground level urgently. CA21

A very large red beech needs 1/3 loping. It hasn't been cut for over 20years and its only few meters from the house. It's in desperate need to ge cut. It has been recommended by a arbourist that a third needs to be cut back. The tree doesn't have a preservation order. HAR/CA21.

Two Beech trees T36 and T37 in the plan. These Trees have been dead for a number of years and now pose a very significant risk to human life including my family and grand children. These dead trees need to be felled or all branches need to be removed. We are unable to replant new trees because these trees are within a few inches next to a brick wall, we can only replace them with normal garden plants. TPO 344W.
