Removal of Cypress. Tree has multiple included unions. Primary basal union is also included which holds up approx 40% of crown and is within fakking distance of the road and phone wire. Cracking in retaining wall will worsen as tree grows. Will replace with Acer Campestre. Please see attached report. HAR/CA25.
