Installation of gates across rear driveway adjacent to pavement. These gates would be fitted between new timber gate posts and would open inwards. In addition, the 2m fence and trellis separating our garden from the driveway of 35 Warwick Avenue would be extended to the pavement.

We are seeking permission to prune back to previous pruning points 4 x mature lime trees and 1 x mature Holly tree . The last permission received was Oct/Nov 2021 ref; PP -09642189v2 and there was a system code of DC/080278. When we bought the property 35 years ago, the Lime trees had been subjected to historic pollarding, so the canopies are now extensive, and require regular attention. The trees now impact upon the levels of natural light to the front and side of our property, which in turn impacts upon the growth of our front lawn and our mature planting. The side tree on Earl Road is now touching our property and the scale of the canopies and associated shade, light levels and physical barrier to the pavement and road is also a security risk via our reduced openness and light. One Lime tree and the Holly tree on Parsonage Road are blocking the bus stop sign outside the front of our house and also impact on the safety pf people waiting at the bus stop. The front Lime trees make contact with the bus as it stops and passes our house. The Lime tree on the corner of Parsonage/Earl Road is obstructing the 20 mph road sign from drivers, which is a safety issue. The canopies of all the trees overhanging this junction has the potential to interfere with pedestrians. HAR/CA15, TPO 19N.

We have 4 lime trees with TPO status in front garden on corner of Parsonage Rd / Earl Rd. They were pollarded pre purchasing the property circa 28 years ago. We have obtained previous permission to have the 4 trees re- pollarded. We have received professional advice ( Elm Tree Services) that they require updated pollarding. The trees obstruct road signs, limit driver visibility and overhang into the bus stop outside. if not managed they obstruct the pavement. The professional advice is that once a tree has been pollarded it requires this treatment again periodically. We are seeking to repeat the previous tree management and prune back to original pollarded levels. In addition we have a Holly tree in the same front garden that protrudes onto the outside pavement and the bus stop - limiting public space and clear signage, plus as it is a holy tree it is a potential health and safety issue for people waiting for the bus. Elm Tree Service have advised us to request permission for a crown reduction by circa 33% plus relevant shaping. This tree does not have a TPO but we understand we are in a conservation area. - HAR/CA15 ,TPO#: 19N - T644 , TPO#: 19N - T645 , TPO#: 19N - T646 , TPO#: 19N - T647 , TPO#: 19N - T648 , TPO#: 19N - T649

Two Beech trees T36 and T37 in the plan. These Trees have been dead for a number of years and now pose a very significant risk to human life including my family and grand children. These dead trees need to be felled or all branches need to be removed. We are unable to replant new trees because these trees are within a few inches next to a brick wall, we can only replace them with normal garden plants. TPO 344W.
