Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
There is a sweet cherry in the middle of our garden at the back. A tree surgeon has advised that it is diseased. It has barely no leaves and large branches fall in high winds. I am concerned for safety and potential damage and consider it needs to come down. HAR/CA15, TPO 19N.
