Fell Silver Birch tree next to the house. T1 on sketch. We have been having problems with blocked drains which flooded the garden due to root damage of drains (see report). This tree is very close to the house and want to reduce the risk of further damage to the drains and house. T5- silver birch tree and T6 Acer tree sits very close to the drain which has been damaged (see drawing). I do not propose to plant further trees in the garden as it is a small garden with already a very large Eucalyptus tree, holly tree and a large silver birch remains. fell t5 birch and t6 acer- HAR/CA9 , TPO#: 60E - A4

Large-leaning Eucalyptus Tree - See the attached document with a photo and map of the site of the tree. The map shows T8 is the tree position: Eucalyptus ? removal. Leaning dangerously (excessive). Needs to be removed as it is a danger to properties and people in gardens. Planning approval granted for single-story garden room ? structural engineer and architect strongly advise removal. Previous house owners applied in 2015 for tree removal which was granted: ref: DC/058207 01.04.15 HAR/CA9, TPO 60E.
