These trees are growing against the very large old stone wall, and it's now leaning that much, it could fall at any time, it's dangerous with children in the garden it's leaving over, also the roots are completely destroying the gardens behind on pine close. These dead trees need to be felled or all branches need to be removed. We are unable to replant new trees because these trees are within a few inches next to a brick wall, we can only replace them with normal garden plants. TPO 344W.
