Proposal
Poplar Tree trunk is dangerous and needs to be reduced to stump level. It has fallen over the stream, leaning on a fir tree and hanging over the garden next door. The tree surgeon came and said it is dead, rotting and water-logged. This tree was reduced in size on application DC/060725 on January 15th 2016 and approved on February 22nd 2016. - HAR/CA22
